Construction Laborer

At Gold Beech Construction, every role matters. We're looking for motivated Construction Laborers who want to be part of a team that builds with purpose. You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople on high-end residential remodels, additions, and new builds across Greater Boston and Metro West.

What You'll Do

• Assist carpenters, painters, and site supervisors on job sites.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Setup staging and prepare worksites for other trades.
• Perform demolition, site cleanup, and prep work.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.

Must-Haves

• Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Physically able to lift more than 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in Greater Boston/Metro West.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs
