We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee the on-site execution of custom residential projects across the Greater Boston and Metro West area. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and vital to keeping our projects on schedule, on budget, and up to the Gold Beech standard. You will manage subcontractors and field crews, maintain safety and quality, and serve as the face of our company to clients, architects, and inspectors.

Responsibilities
- Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies and lead daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Create and manage daily and weekly look-ahead schedules to avoid delays
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and project resources
- Ensure all work meets Gold Beech standards, plans, and specifications
- Manage rolling punch lists and timely completion of items
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Lead and mentor field crews, subcontractors, and junior staff
- Perform layout duties, bulk material calculations, and enforce best building practices
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience supervising high-end residential construction projects
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor's License required
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software such as JobTread, Builder Trend or Procore
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and follow complex instructions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to project sites across Greater Boston and Metro West
- Bonus: Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish, although not required
Compensation and Benefits
- Full time position
- Salary at 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience
- Bonus opportunities
- 80 hours PTO in your first year, with accrual increases over time
- 10 paid holidays plus a paid holiday break from December 24 through January 1
