We're known for our attention to detail, strong team culture, and commitment to doing things the right way.We're currently seeking a Carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoys working on well-executed residential projects from start to finish.<h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions. </li><li>Read and interpret architectural plans, layouts, and blueprints. </li><li>Measure, cut, shape, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and millwork. </li><li>Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving. </li><li>Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards. </li><li>Follow all safety procedures and construction best practices. </li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Proven carpentry experience (residential construction preferred). </li><li>Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques. </li><li>Ability to read plans and execute detailed work accurately. </li><li>High standards for craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism. </li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Boston and MetroWest. </li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team. </li></ul> <h3>Perks &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience: $28 to $35/hour.</li><li>Full-time, stable position with a steady variety of residential work. </li><li>PTO, paid holidays, and health/dental/vision coverage. </li><li>Company gear, tools, and training provided. </li><li>Opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-oriented company. </li><li>Work on high-quality projects where craftsmanship is valued. </li></ul>Equal Employment OpportunityGold Beech Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
